The staff here was really friendly and helpful. They offered us wake-up calls and an iron without any extra charges. We even got assistance in arranging a shuttle to the airport. Best of all, our room had a nice bathtub for a relaxing soak after a long day! 🛁

Comfortable room, clean bathroom.

the hotel was clean, the rooms were spotless. i stayed in the room that was well maintained and clean and available with a fridge and kitchenette, for example.

The staff here were extremely helpful, and our room was high-class and well-equipped with a very comfortable bed.

Great location next to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and Rogers Place. Comfortable beds in the rooms with bathtubs. - Decent food available at the hotel.

The hotel appeared to be straightforward and I liked stuff and location. I had a huge room with exceptionally comfortable bed and cable channels, a coffee machine and a sitting area. The location was easy, relatively close to West Edmonton Mall.

The location was fantastic as we took the train to the rodeo each day.

The beds were too hard. Water tempertature while showering was not consistent. Parkade was terrible to get around in and too small for hotel parking/not covered.

The room was huge and bright, it had a hairdryer, shower caps and bath sheets. We appreciated it and will be back.

Fairly clean and ideal accom with particularly good and absolutely perfect location close to Jasper Ave, comfy rooms and clean rooms as well as public transport. Street view and great service.

The beds in the rooms are very comfortable, the staff is outstandingly accommodating with a smile, and the location is particularly good, within walking distance to pubs and a stadium.
